It works!

EWhy in the world have I been ignoring THM for almost 6 months???? 
I'm on day 2 and so far it's been great! I read all of these comments about how it could cause headaches, bloat, upset stomaches, people hating the foods, people hating stevia. 
So far no headaches, actually headache free for the first time in several weeks, I've actually lost stomach bloat, no upset stomach, only one recipe fail which I'll share in a minute, and I love stevia in drinks and PB mousse, not so much in baking I've found out. 
Here are pictures of recipes I've tried out and what I've thought of them. 

Breakfast sausage balls - AMAZING! Have to keep myself from eating a whole plate of them lol 

Pumpkin pancakes, yummy right from the pan, GROSS the next day which sucks because my plan was to freeze them and defrost them before work, so they went into the trash. 

Broccoli salad, I should have made a bigger batch, I love this stuff! 

Bean and ground turkey freezer burritos, super yummy and Drew approved which is always a plus! 

Skinny chocolate, super yummy, especially for those of us who LOVE chocolate, I added almond extract to it, and next time I think I'll use almond extract and unsweetened shredded coconut. 

Drew ate it, idk about loving it. I loved it. It is sausage kielbasa, cooked with collard greens, onion, garlic, and canned crushed tomatoes. 

Chocolate/PB MIM (muffin in a mug), pretty good, I think next time I'll use less cocoa and THM sweet blend instead of stevia, also very filling I could only eat about half of it. 

Oh my freaking yumminess! Loaded cauliflower casserole, so amazing and tastes like you're eating hash brown casserole. 

The Shrinker, I had heard mixed reviews on it, but it's actually really good, taste like an iced chai tea to me. 

GGMS (good girl moon shine), it takes a while to get used to because of the ACV in it but now I love it, especially made with sparkling water. 

Omg the best for last! Peanut butter mousse, topped with a little skinny chocolate and a serving of fat free Reddi whip, so amazing! I could eat this for every meal for the rest of my life and be happy! It taste like a rich creamy peanut butter cheesecake. 

How do I lose weight with all of this food??? It's just how everything works, it's absolutely amazing!

THM

I've had the Trim Healthy Mama book since my birthday in July but kept putting off reading it because of the name and because I'm stubborn lol! But I was sick with the flu and bored so I opened it up and I fell in love with it, it just makes sense! It explains how foods work in your body and how your body processes food. 
And people always say they hate dieting because they feel like they're being deprived of their favorite foods. 
I made my menu last night for the next 2 weeks and all I could think was how I can't believe I can eat all of this amazing food and STILL lose weight! I'm starting it on Sunday, but I've seen so many before and after pictures of ladies who I've lost weight by doing THM so I know it works and it's really not a diet but a way of life.
I gained back all but 10lbs of what I lost last year, but I was eating chicken, quinoa, and frozen veggies for 2 meals a day, wouldn't let myself cheat and if I did I would beat myself up about it, so it did not last. With this it will be like cheating everyday but while losing weight lol I am so excited to share my THM journey with anyone who reads this.
