THM

I've had the Trim Healthy Mama book since my birthday in July but kept putting off reading it because of the name and because I'm stubborn lol! But I was sick with the flu and bored so I opened it up and I fell in love with it, it just makes sense! It explains how foods work in your body and how your body processes food. 
And people always say they hate dieting because they feel like they're being deprived of their favorite foods. 
I made my menu last night for the next 2 weeks and all I could think was how I can't believe I can eat all of this amazing food and STILL lose weight! I'm starting it on Sunday, but I've seen so many before and after pictures of ladies who I've lost weight by doing THM so I know it works and it's really not a diet but a way of life.
I gained back all but 10lbs of what I lost last year, but I was eating chicken, quinoa, and frozen veggies for 2 meals a day, wouldn't let myself cheat and if I did I would beat myself up about it, so it did not last. With this it will be like cheating everyday but while losing weight lol I am so excited to share my THM journey with anyone who reads this.
